JAKARTA - Mimika Regent Eltinus Omaleng arrived at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Thursday, September 8. He was forcibly picked up because he was considered uncooperative.

According to VOI monitoring, Eltinus arrived at the KPK's Red and White Building at around 12.45 WIB. He appears to have worn an orange vest of prisoners and his hands have been handcuffed.

When he got out of the car, Eltinus was seen being led by members of the Brimob Police in full uniform and a prisoner guard. There is no information whatsoever that he conveyed.

Eltinus had submitted a pretrial to the South Jakarta District Court even though his legal status had not been announced by the KPK. However, the panel of judges rejected the application.

The alleged corruption in the Kingmi Mile Church 32 phase one fiscal year (TA) 2015 construction project in Mimika Regency, Papua has entered the investigation stage. The project is estimated to cost around Rp160 billion.
