JAKARTA - A man with the initials HH (32) was arrested by residents on suspicion of sexually harassing him by blackmailing the buttocks of a woman with the initials KWL (20).

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Setibudi Police, Kompol Suparmin, said that the incident occurred when residents were trying to extinguish the fire on Jalan Minangkabau Dalam, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Sunday, September 4, at night.

The incident began when the victim wanted to see the fire incident. At the time of the incident, many residents and firefighters headed to the location.

The victim's screams attracted the attention of residents who were busy helping firefighters put out the fire. Finally, the perpetrator was arrested and beaten by the masses.

"The perpetrator may have been hit by a resident," he said.
