RIAU The body with a neck snare wound was found in Baru Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Saturday, September 3. After receiving the report, the Siak Hulu Sector Police conducted an identification and conducted an investigation to uncover the alleged murder case.

The head of the Siak Hulu Police, AKP Zainal Arifin, in Kampar said that currently the identity and cause of death of the man is still under investigation by the authorities.

"We focus on finding the identity of the victim and conducting a post-mortem," said Arifin, quoting Antara, Sunday, September 4.

Currently, the victim's body has been taken to Bhayangkara Hospital in Pekanbaru City for a post-mortem and other examinations.

The unidentified victim was found at around 16.30 WIB, wearing black jeans brand Zee Denim & Co, a gray t-shirt, and a Gio Era belt.

He said the victim was found by residents face down, there were traces of snares on the neck and found bloodstains on the left side of the eye.

The victim was initially found when residents named Rusli and Izar Hamzah returned home from work guarding oil palm plantations and a swallow house belonging to M Usadi on Jalan HK, Baru Village.

Then on the way they saw a corpse lying on the side of the road. Seeing this situation, they did not dare to approach and immediately reported to the Linmas officer of the village called Alwijar CH.

Based on the report, Linmas Desa informed Bhabinkamtibmas of Baru Village, Aiptu Deki Saputra, and the picket officer of the Siak Hulu Police.

At around 17.30 WIB, the head of the Criminal Investigation Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kampar Police together with the Siak Hulu Police personnel came to the location to conduct an investigation.

Continued at around 19.30 WIB, the Kampar Police Inafis team arrived at the location and immediately processed the crime scene.

Arifin also asked the public if they recognize or know the characteristics of the bodies found so that they immediately report to the officers so that the identity of the victims suspected of being victims of the murder can be revealed.
