Prayers In The Beurayeun River Hopes 2 Santri Who Are Still Lost Can Meet

JAKARTA - Acting Regent of Aceh Besar, Muhammad Iswanto and the search team for four missing students in the Beurayeun River, held a prayer together to facilitate the search for victims.

"The joint prayer that we hold on the banks of the river is part of our joint effort to search for the victims," said Muhammad Iswanto, Saturday, August 27, quoted from Antara.

A prayer together on the banks of the river where the students were dragged by the river currents was led by Ustaz Mustaqim.

He said the SAR team continued to search for drowning victims in the Beurayeun River area, Aceh Besar.

"We hope that with a joint prayer that we hold, the search effort can run smoothly without any problems until the victims are found," he said.

The joint SAR team found two of the four students who had been lost in the current while bathing in the Brayueen River, Leupung District, Aceh Besar District, dead.

Head of Banda Aceh Basarnas Ibnu Harris Al Hussain said the two victims who were found dead were Ahmadal Hadi (17), from Lam Hasan, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District, and Reza (18), a resident of Punge, Banda Aceh.

Ibnu said the two victims were found 1.5 kilometers from their last point to be seen at the mouth of the river. Furthermore, the victim was evacuated to the Leupung Health Center.

Meanwhile, the two victims who are still being searched are Fakhrul Razi (20), a Malaysian citizen and Darazatul Aulia (17), a resident of Rumoh Panjang Village, Kuala Batee District, Southwest Aceh Regency.
