JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has transferred 24 of his members who violated the code of ethics related to the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J. All of them were transferred to serve as headquarters servants (Yanma).

"Yes, that's right (24 members were transferred, ed) all of those were the results of the ITsus recommendation," said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to VOI, Tuesday, August 23.

The mutation of tens of personnel is stated in the Telegram Letter (ST) with the number ST / 1751 / VIII / KEP. / 2022.

In the ST, 24 members were transferred consisting of 4 Kombes, 5 AKBP, 2 Kompol, 4 AKP.

In addition, there are 2 IPTU, 1 IPDA, 1 Bripka, 1 Brigpol, 2 Briptu, and 2 Bharada.

They, continued Dedi, were members of Divpropam, Bareskrim, Korbrimob BKO Propam, Polda Metro and Polres South Jakarta, and Polda Central Java BKO Propam.

It is known that the special police team examined 83 personnel related to the case of Brigadier J's murder. There were 35 members who were recommended to be placed in a special place known as Patsus.

As for the members who have been placed in the Patsus totaling 16 people. 10 of them are in the Provos Polri and the rest are at the Mobile Brigade Headquarters, Kelapa Dua, Depok.

In addition, in the case of Brigadier J, the National Police special team named five suspects, namely Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Maruf and Putri Candrawati, wife of Ferdy Sambo.

They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
