Mahfud MD: I Never Said The Metro Jaya Police Chief Will Follow Ferdy Sambo As A Suspect

JAKARTA - The Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs who is also the Head of Kompolnas, Mahfud Md, admitted that he never mentioned that there was an alleged flow of funds from Ferdy Sambo to the Indonesian House of Representatives.

Instead, he challenged members of Commission III of the DPR who questioned this to prove his statement.

Mahfud also admitted that he had never spoken about the involvement of the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran, in the murder case of Brigadier Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, which was masterminded by Ferdy Sambo. Moreover, he said that Fadil would be a suspect.

"I don't know if Mr. Fadil will follow or not. Then don't go on social media whose master is not clear," he continued.

Then about the motive being called sensitive, Mahfud said that it could only be heard by adults because there were elements of alleged sexual harassment. However, he emphasized that the complete construction would be explained by the National Police.

"First of all, it's called harassment, what is it, does he force him to take off his underwear, or show certain items or something that adults can only hear, it's not a question of such and such.
