JAKARTA - The National Police Special Team has scheduled a code of ethics trial against the former Head of the Propam Police Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo regarding the murder incident of Brigadier J at his official residence, Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta some time ago.

Until now, the National Police has not decided whether to impose sanctions for dishonorable discharge (PTDH) against the person concerned.

"Still in the process of filing (for the suspects) and in the near future a code of ethics trial," explained Irwasum Polri Komjen Agung Budi Maryoto during the release of the case at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, Jakarta, Friday, August 19.

Agung has not explained in detail the exact time for the examination of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, whether it will be carried out in the near future.

"It can't be this week, at least next week," he curtly said.

The National Police had previously named the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Putri Candrawati as a suspect. Thus, currently there are 5 suspects, namely Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada E, Brigadier RR and K. Ferdy Sambo allegedly giving orders related to the shooting of Brigadier J.

Inspector General Ferdy Sambo allegedly used a firearm belonging to Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J to shoot at the wall several times. The shooting at the wall with Brigadier J's pistol was carried out to make it appear as if a shootout took place, aka a shootout, as reported earlier at the South Jakarta Metro Police.

"That there is no fact of shooting incident as reported, I repeat that there is no fact of shooting incident as reported earlier," said the National Police Chief in Jakarta, Tuesday, August 9.
