Gerindra Deputy: Presidential Election 2024 Momentum Prabowo Wins

JAKARTA - The Gerindra Party has unanimously nominated its General Chair, Prabowo Subianto as a presidential candidate (Capres) in the 2024 presidential election.

The entire board of directors, DPP, DPD, DPC, wing organizations and party bodies attended the Gerindra Rapimnas at the Sentul International Convention Center (SICC) Bogor, West Java, to give official support to Prabowo running as a presidential candidate. "This support also brings voices from the structures under each of them. We hope to get a direct and official answer from Pak Prabowo as well for his readiness to run as a presidential candidate in 2024," said Gerindra Deputy Governor Habiburokhman at SICC Bogor, West Java, Friday, August 12. The spokesman for the Gerindra Party confirmed that Prabowo Subianto would answer the wishes of the cadres to come forward to participate in the five-year democratic contestation. "Earlier, it was started from West Sumatra, which was conveyed by Mr. Andre Rosiade, chairman of the West Sumatra DPD, then West Sulawesi Province and so on this day. God willing, today it will be clear that Pak Prabowo will run as a presidential candidate in 2024," said Habiburokhman. The member of the House of Representatives from the Gerindra Faction assessed that the 2024 presidential election would be a golden momentum for Prabowo Subianto. Moreover, with surveys that always place Prabowo in the top position, Gerindra is sure that the Minister of Defense will win the next election.

"God willing, of course this is a golden momentum. If we look at various surveys, Pak Prabowo is the most dominant candidate now and it has been consistent for years.
