SEMARANG – Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Pol Ahmad Luthfi confirmed that his party would back up mitigation efforts related to Pertamina's fuel leak in Cilacap. "For this reason, the Cilacap Police will be backed up by the Central Java Police to secure and support these activities," explained Ahmad Luthfi.

During the meeting, it was explained that PT Pertamina and related parties had carried out various handling and mitigation efforts to overcome seepage caused by the leak of the Cilacap - Bandung fuel pipeline.

"As a mitigation effort, we have prepared a team and coordinated with the Regional Environment Service and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources," said Dwi Puja Arisetya.
