"The plan was that the victim wanted to go to the office, but it turned out that he returned to his apartment," said Kompol Bernard.
The police chief confirmed that before DK's suicide was committed, he (DK's victim) had never been involved in a fight in his apartment unit.
"There was no dispute over the (apartment unit). The victim's job is not very deep, but she is an office employee," he said.
