Allegedly Misappropriating Foundation Aid Funds, ACT Founder Ahyudin Has Predicted Will Be A Suspect

JAKARTA - The founder of Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT), Ahyudin admitted that he had predicted that he would become a suspect in cases of alleged embezzlement in office and money laundering which are being investigated by the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes of the National Police Criminal Investigation Department.

Ahyudin's lawyer, Teuku Pupun Zulkarnaen, when confirmed on Friday, said that his client would be present at the interrogation as a suspect this afternoon, bringing with him everything he needed when he was arrested.

"Two weeks ago we prepared. Because we predicted it," said Teuku Pupun Zulkarnaen, Friday, July 29, quoted from Antara.

Investigators scheduled the examination of the four ACT administrators who were named suspects, this afternoon at 13.30 WIB.

Teuku Pupun Zulkarnaen said his client would attend the summons of the Criminal Investigation Police investigator after Friday prayers.

During the examination as a witness for the third time, Tuesday (12/7), Ahyudin admitted that he was ready to sacrifice and be sacrificed for the existence and sustainability of ACT in providing benefits to the wider community. "By Allah, I am ready to sacrifice or even be sacrificed," he said.

According to the former chairman of the ACT Supervisory Board, he is willing to sacrifice for the sustainability of ACT in providing benefits to the wider community in the humanitarian field.

Besides Ahyudin, investigators also scheduled an examination of ACT President, Ibnu Khajar, who was also named a suspect. Then, Hariyana Hermain, one of the coaches of ACT and has other high positions at ACT, including managing finances, and Novariandi Imam Akbari, as chairman of the ACT Board of Trustees.

Meanwhile, Khajar's legal team has not yet responded to the summons of his client as a suspect.
