There Is No Filing For Prevention, The Suspect Nikita Mirzani Is Reported To Have Gone Abroad

TANGERANG - The Head of Information and Communication Technology for Immigration at the Class I Immigration Office for TPI at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Habiburrahman, confirmed the news that Nikita Mirzani had gone abroad.

It was previously known that Nikita Mirzani is currently a suspect in cases of defamation and the ITE Law. Nikita Mirzani was not detained, but was only subject to mandatory reporting at the Serang City Police, Banten.

"Yes, it is true (to go abroad) based on the data we have it is true. The person concerned made the crossing at Soekarno Hatta Airport, Tangerang City," Habiburrahman said when confirmed by VOI, Thursday, July 28.

Habibburrahman said that artist Nikita Mirzani left through Soekarno Hatta Airport, Tangerang City, July 27, at 11.28 WIB.

"Based on the crossing data that we have, the person concerned will cross the country through the Soekarno-Hatta TPI on July 27, 2022 at 11.28 WIB," he said again.

"Based on the blocking system, there are no submissions for prevention from the relevant agencies against those involved," he continued.

When asked about the purpose of Nikita Mirzani, Habburrahman could not mention. Because his party only knows the departure date of Nikita Mirzani.

"In our data, we can't confirm the destination in question. Because our data only mentions the traffic in question. What date and time," he said.

When contacted separately, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Kombes Shinto Silitonga said that the case was handed over to the Serang City Police. Therefore, he asked for more details to the investigative team.

"Directly to the Chief of Police or Investigator (Polres Serang City)," said Shinto. It is further explained that the period of suspension of detention of a suspect or defendant does not include the period of detention status.

Previously, it was reported that the Serang City Police did not arrest Nikita Mirzani, the suspect in the ITE case reported by Dito Mahendra.

Based on the information received on Friday, July 22, 21:40 WIB, the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Shinto Silitonga, said that the detention was not carried out according to the wishes of Nikita Mirzani's attorney, Fachmi Bachmi.

It was stated that the reason Nikita Mirzani was not detained since the pick-up was made on Thursday, July 21, at noon at Senayan City Mall, South Jakarta, is because the artist has the responsibility of his young child.
