JAKARTA - The Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) and the National Police have taken a number of decisive steps in tracing allegations of misappropriation of donations from the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) foundation. ACT's Money and Goods Collection (PUB) permit has also been revoked.

However, recently the development of the handling of the case is not as busy as it was at the beginning of the discovery of the alleged violation.

Social media activist Eko Kuntadhi also questioned it. He questioned the extent of the handling of the Police in investigating cases that have been included as criminal allegations.

"ACT, how are you doing? The agency has been frozen. It's been investigated by the police. It's proven to have violated the minister's regulations, it's clear. The flow of funds to terrorists has been investigated. Then?" said Eko through his Twitter account, @_ekokuntadhi, Monday, July 25.

As a netizen as well as the general public, Eko can only wait for the development of the Police in handling cases of alleged misappropriation of donation funds, which until now have not been determined who the suspect is.

"We can only wait for the next round," he said.

Bareskrim Polri will conduct a case to determine the suspect in the alleged misappropriation of ACT donation funds on Monday, July 25 afternoon

"Yes, this afternoon the case will be held (determination of suspects, ed)," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan when contacted, Monday, July 25.

In the investigation of this case, at least 18 witnesses have asked for information. Two of them Ahyudin and Ibn Khajar.

Ahyudin is the former President of ACT. Meanwhile, Ibnu Khajar became his successor or current President of ACT.

In this case, Ahyudin has been questioned 8 times. Inspections ranging from the structure of the foundation to the flow of funding.

As for Ibn Khajar, it is not known exactly what investigators extracted from him. Because, after the examination, he always kept silent.
