PURWOREJO - The process of carrying out the measurement of land parcels, inventory and identification of growing plants and buildings for phase II in Wadas, Purworejo Regency was completed last July 12-15.

The head of BPN Purworejo, Andri Kristanto, always the Chairman of the Land Procurement Committee (P2T) for the Bener Dam project, explained that the whole process went smoothly and even exceeded the estimated target.

Andri explained, initially he targeted 200 fields to be measured in the 4-day activity. However, developments in the field show that dozens of Wadas residents who were initially opposed spontaneously asked for their land to be measured.

In fact, Waliyah, the leader of the Wadon Wadas group who was initially opposed to land acquisition by residents, voluntarily asked to have their land measured.

"At first I personally estimated that 200 fields could be measured. But there were residents who came spontaneously asking to be measured. Eventually it grew to 264 fields. In total there were 64 additional fields," said Andri when interviewed on Thursday (21/7).

So far, he said, there are still 49 plots of land that have not been measured. He appealed to residents of land owners to immediately contact P2T for measurements.

"The team is ready to be contacted at any time. If possible, as soon as possible," he added.

He emphasized that after the measurement process, the P2T team immediately processed the data collected in the field on Monday, July 18. It is estimated that the data processing will be completed in two weeks.

"Furthermore, the results of the data processing will be announced to the residents concerned in early August. Then there is an assessment process from the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) and deliberation. The results of the deliberations will be reported to the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN). Then the process of estimating the amount of compensation to be paid is carried out paid to residents," he said.

It is estimated that if all stages of the process run smoothly, the compensation fund for land, buildings and growing plants measured in phase II will be paid in November.

Andri added that his party really appreciates the cooperation of all parties for the smooth process of measuring, identifying and taking inventory at Wadas.

During the activity, he said, residents gave a positive response to the presence of the P2T team in the field.
