Lawyer Says Kadiv Propam Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Has Been Examined Twice Special Team, What's The Problem?

JAKARTA - The special team formed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, turned out to have questioned the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, regarding the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat. The inspection was carried out twice.

"Pak Sambo has been questioned twice by a team formed by the National Police Chief," said the attorney for Ferdy Sambo's family, Arman Hanis, to reporters, Monday, July 18.

The two examinations took place on Thursday, July 14, 2022 and Friday, July 15, 2022.

However, when asked about the examination material, Arman refused to go into detail. Because, it is said that it is not his authority.

"It's been checked. Thursday night and Friday night, as far as I know," he said.

Apart from that, Arman also stated that his client would attend if Komnas HAM needed the information from the two-star general. Because Inspector General Ferdy Sambo will cooperate in following the applicable legal process.

"There's no problem, Pak Sambo will definitely be there if Komnas HAM requires a statement," said Arman. Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabara died because he was involved in a shootout by Bharada E, on Friday, July 8.

The shooting was said to have taken place at the shelter house of the Head of the Propam Police, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta.
