Differences In The Statement Of Karo Penmas Polri Become One Of The Evidence For Reporting Alleged Premeditated Murder Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The family of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat will make a report on the alleged premeditated murder. In the report, some evidence will be submitted, for example the difference in statements made by Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the Police regarding the chronology of the death of Brigadier J.

"We have brought the evidence, including differences in the information from the Bareskrim Police press conference or the National Police Headquarters in this case Karo Penmas Polri," said the attorney for the family of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak to reporters, Monday, July 18.

In fact, Kamaruddin said the statement made by the National Police was considered different from the findings from the family.

The difference in question is regarding the scars. Where, the National Police stated that the wounds on Brigadier J's body were due to gunshot wounds, but according to the family's findings, there were slashes.

"Then it is different from the facts that we found, namely the information given was shooting, but what we found was that it was true that there were gunshot wounds but there were also cuts," he said.

"There was also damage under the eyes, or abuse, then there were 2 stitches on the nose, then on the lips, then on the neck, then on the right shoulder," continued Kamaruddin.

Suspicion from the family was even more so because the bruises were found. Thus, it is suspected that there was an alleged mistreatment behind the death of Brigadier J.

"Then there are bruises on the right and left abdomen. Then there are also gunshot wounds, there is also damage to the finger or ring finger. Then there is also damage to the leg or some kind of incision," said Kamaruddin.

In the reporting process, other evidence will also be attached. For example, photos and videos showing the scars on Brigadier J.

For information, Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, had twice conveyed the chronology of the death of Brigadier J. However, there was a difference in the statement.

The difference in the statement is that Brigadier J shot Bharada RE when he was reprimanded when he tried to enter the room of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's wife.
