The Pedurenan Sub-District Officer, Agus Setiawan, said that the flooding in his area had submerged housing and access roads for residents.

"There are 4 flood points, namely Ciledug Indah Housing (CI) 1 and 2, Duren Villa, and Griya Kencana 1," said Agus, Saturday, July 16.

Agus said, there are thousands of family heads (KK) whose houses are currently flooded. Now some residents have been evacuated to mosques and safer places.

“A total of 1,646 families were flooded. The CI 1 housing complex has started evacuating itself to the Al Irsyad Mosque because the water level has reached 1 meter," he said.

"Now residents have gradually evacuated about 100 people. The rest are still in their homes," he continued.

Agus said, in the process of evacuating flood victims, all necessities have been distributed, such as blankets to medicine.

However, there are still some needs for flood victims that have not been obtained, such as lunch, to portable toilets.

"We still need toilets and clean water, right now that's what residents and food need, the rest can be backed up from the BPBD to the local Health Office," he concluded.
