JAKARTA - Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita and Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry Dody Widodo visited the KPK Red and White Building, South Jakarta. They participated in the Executive Briefing for State Administrators held by the anti-corruption commission today.

"Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Secretary General Dody Widodo, Inspector General Masrokhan and other echelon one, namely five Director Generals and two Heads of Agency within the Ministry of Industry and their respective partners are scheduled to attend in person," said Acting KPK spokesman for prevention Ipi. There are two main activities that will be carried out. First, Agus Gumiwang and his subordinates with their families will receive a lecture from the Chairman of the KPK Firli Bahuri and the ranks of the Deputy for Education and Community Participation of the KPK.

"In this executive briefing, participants will receive anti-corruption briefings and dialogue regarding strategic initiatives, achievements, challenges and obstacles faced in eradicating corruption as well as efforts to build a culture of integrity in ministries/agencies," said Ipi.

Meanwhile, in the dialogue session, continued Ipi, the KPK and the pair of state officials will discuss anti-corruption among families.

In addition, the KPK and the Ministry of Industry have also collaborated on a number of programs and studies conducted by the KPK. One of them relates to the Integrity Assessment Survey (SPI). In the survey, the Ministry of Industry is included in the category of 10 ministries with the highest SPI results with a score of 85.52 from the national average score of 72.4.

Meanwhile, after the closed-door meeting, Agus said that the KPK would invite all first echelon representatives from each ministry to take part in similar activities. So that, in the future, corruption within the ministry can be prevented.

"Later on in the next activity, the KPK has also invited echelon one from the ministries to take part in the next event. This next activity is all echelon one. This is to complement what we got this morning," Agus told reporters at the KPK's Red and White House. , Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.

"So we are very grateful and also believe that the activities carried out by the KPK through the deputy through Mr. Wawan can really be very helpful in our efforts to prevent early corruption in our efforts to eradicate corruption in the ministry," he concluded.
