Police Arrest 3 Suspects In The Tanah Mafia Case, Nirina Zubir, One Of Them Is An Employee Of The Red Plate Bank

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya arrested three suspects in the land mafia case involving Nirina Zubir as a victim. In fact, one of the three suspects is an employee of a state-owned bank.

"Investigators from the Harda Sub-Directorate are carrying out developments based on the trial instructions and we have identified three new suspects," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters, Wednesday, July 13.

The three suspects are Moch Syaf Alatas, Ahmad Efrilliatio Ordiba, and Cito. They have different roles.

Meanwhile, the suspect, who is a state-owned bank employee, is Ahmad Efriliatio Ordiba. He helped disburse credit with a certificate guarantee in the name of the suspect.

"Ahmad Efrilliatio Ordiba is a BRI employee, whose role is to assist in disbursing credit with guaranteed certificates in the name of the suspect," he said.

Meanwhile, Moch Syaf Alatas played a role in helping finance the transfer of title to the Certificate of Ownership No.5774/Srengseng, the holder of the rights on behalf of Vinta Kurniawaty, became the holder of the rights on behalf of Riri Khasmita.

Riri Khasmita is a former household assistant for the Nirina family. He has also been named a suspect.

Finally, the suspect Cito. He played a role in making a fake power of attorney, making a police report missing a fake AJB at the North Jakarta Metro Police.

However, Zulpan said there is still one person who is a fugitive. His name is Ray Alexander Putra, whose role is to help finance the process of changing the name of the land certificate.

"DPO Ray Alexander Putra is still being pursued," said Zulpan

In this case, the suspects are suspected of having multiple articles, including Article 55 of the Criminal Code and or Article 56 of the Criminal Code and or Article 263 of the Criminal Code and or Article 264 of the Criminal Code.

Then he was charged with Article 266 of the Criminal Code and or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and or Article 3,4,5 of Law Number 8 of 2010.
