JAKARTA - As many as 100 families in RW 007, Cililitan Urban Village, Kramatjati, East Jakarta have difficulty getting clean water supplies. This condition has been felt by residents since the last week.

Farhana (34), a resident of Jalan Cililitan Kecil III, RW 007, Cililitan, said that her family had difficulty getting clean water the last few days. Farhana said this was because the water supplied by PT Aetra Air Jakarta died.

"This is the sixth day my water (Aetra) died," said Hana.

According to him, there is no definite information from PT Aetra regarding the reason for the stagnant water flow. As a result, Hana had to ask neighbors for water who used groundwater to get clean water.

Responding to this condition, Cililitan Village Head Sukariya said, it happened because the water supplied by PT Aetra Air Jakarta died.

"In Cililitan there are small PAM flows, some are dead. There are houses below and above. If you get it below, it's still small, if it's above you can't (water)," said Sukariya when confirmed, Wednesday, July 6th.

Sukariya said that several residents whose clean water supply had died had reported through the citizen relations management (CRM) application. However, these residents did not include customer identification numbers.

"In the end, Aetra was held on hold, because it could not be traced. In the end, it was not followed up," he said.
