JAKARTA - The Research Prosecutor stated that the case file for the suspect in the fraudulent investment Quotex Doni Muhammad Taufik alias Doni Salmanan was complete. Bareskrim will delegate the responsibility of the suspect and the evidence to the Bandung District Attorney's Office.

Apart from the transfer mechanism, Reinhard said that in this case, Doni Salmanan is still the sole suspect. However, developments continue to be carried out in order to catch other parties involved.

"In the meantime, if there is new evidence in court or later, we can do that (determine a new suspect, ed)," said Reindhard.

In this case, Doni Salmanan is accused of Article 45 paragraph 1 junto 28 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law, Article 378 of the Criminal Code, and Article 3 of Law No. 8 of 2010 concerning Eradication of Money Laundering Money.
