JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government plans to offer 18 green or environmentally friendly investment projects at the Jakarta Investment Forum (JIF) in August 2022.

"The theme of the Jakarta Investment Forum is green," said Head of the Investment Agency and One Stop Service (DPMPTSP) Benni Aguscandra at the 2022 DKI economic and business seminar at the Kempinski Hotel, Jakarta, reported by Antara, Tuesday, June 28.

He hopes that the annual investment forum will be filled with domestic investors.

The reason, he continued, is that so far more interest has come from foreign investors.

"This has great potential but there are few local players. For waste management projects, there are always foreign ones from China, Europe and the United States," he added.
