JAKARTA - Four Holywings Indonesia outlets in North Jakarta are under strict supervision from the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP). This is done to ensure that it will not operate again after the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has sealed it, Tuesday, June 28.

The Head of North Jakarta Satpol PP Yusuf Madjid explained that the sealing and installation of banners on Tuesday was carried out after the issuance of the Decree on the Revocation of the Business Identification Number (NIB) against Holywings Indonesia from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

In DKI Jakarta, there are 12 Holywings business places which are closed simultaneously this Tuesday, four in North Jakarta, three in Penjaringan Subdistrict and one in Kelapa Gading District.

"We continue to supervise because it is the task of the Satpol PP together with the Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-Department (Sudin Parekraf). We will carry out continuous monitoring," said Yusuf Madjid in North Jakarta.

The sealing and installation of the banners carried out on Tuesday went well. According to the Kasatpol PP Jakut who is called Yuma, the prosecution went well because intense communication with business operators had been carried out.

"They already understand about the violations he committed related to the permits they have," said Yusuf Madjid (Yuma).

Simultaneously, the sealing was also carried out simultaneously, not only in North Jakarta, but throughout the DKI Jakarta Province this morning after an officer's briefing at the DKI Jakarta City Hall led by the Head of DKI Jakarta Satpol PP Arifin.

Yusuf Madjid said that he and the Head of the North Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Sub-Department, Wiwik Satriani, were assigned to seal the Holywings Indonesia outlet in Kelapa Gading.

Along with the sealing of the Holywings Indonesia outlet, Yuma ensured that all entertainment and tourism activities there were no longer allowed.

In addition, no one is allowed to remove the banner or damage the already installed sealing line.

The banners that were installed contained the basis for sealing namely Perda 8 of 2007 concerning public order and Pergub No. 18 of 2018 concerning the implementation of tourism businesses.

"Anyone who destroys and violates this announcement will be prosecuted according to applicable law," the banner reads.

"We carry out routine checks on places of business, Satpol PP together with the Parekraf Sub-dept. as well as MSMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Trading Industry Service)," said Yuma.
