JAKARTA - Since this morning until this afternoon, hundreds of ranks of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) have moved to twelve Holywings outlets in Jakarta to seal buildings in South Jakarta, West Jakarta, North Jakarta and Central Jakarta.

After holding a preparatory meeting, 250 personnel departed from DKI Jakarta City Hall to 12 Holywings outlets. VOI participated in the sealing process at three locations, namely Holywings Gatsu Club V, Holywings Gunawarman, and Garrison Kemang with the Head of DKI Satpol PP Arifin.

Arriving at Holywings Gatsu Club V, officers from the Satpol PP, the Tourism and Creative Economy Office (Disparekraf), the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP), and the Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Office (PPUKM Office) met security officers who stand guard and carry out the sealing certificate.

After that, officers put banners and sealing stickers in front of the building. The banners and stickers contain announcements of closing and banning business activities at each holywings outlet.

"Anyone who destroys and violates this announcement will be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable law. Thus, it must be fully observed and obeyed," the banners and stickers read.

After that, Kasatpol PP Arifin moved to Holywings Gunawarman and Garrison Kemang to monitor the sealing process. Upon arrival, the officers had attached banners and seal stickers.

The sealing process was enough to grab the attention of the surrounding community until motorists passing on the road in front of the Holywings building. Some of them took photos of the sealing process.

Arifin explained, Arifin, the closure of the business premises refers to a letter from the DKI Jakarta One Stop Service Investment Service (DPMPTSP) regarding the revocation of the NIB for all Holywings outlets.

From the results of research and examination of documents and field monitoring, officers found that Holywings served alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks.

However, it turns out that several Holywings outlets have not yet obtained a verified standard certificate for the Indonesian Standard Classification of Business Fields (KBLI) 56301 types of bar businesses.

In addition, officers found activities that were not in accordance with the permits they had because they featured entertainment activities such as music concerts, performances of "disk" jockeys both at home and abroad accompanied by discos.

Not only about inappropriate business activities, the DKI PPKUKM Service found that several Holywings outlets only had a Retailer's Certificate (SKP) for alcoholic beverages. If you only have an SKP, then the sale is only allowed to be taken home and not to be drunk on the spot.

Meanwhile, Holywings provides drinks in places that legally should have a Direct Seller Certificate (SKPL) class B and C. The team found that only seven outlets had SKP and five other outlets did not even have SKP.

"Based on the results of the inspection and supervision carried out, some of the existing Holywings outlets are not equipped with licensing documents that meet the requirements and do not comply with the provisions. In fact, many do not have permits. Even if there are permits, it turns out that in practice there is also misuse of permits," said Arifin to reporters.

However, Arifin asked the management of Holywings to complete the permit to be able to apply for an operational permit again, even though the business registration numbers (NIB) for the 12 outlets where the business is located are in the process of being revoked.

"Just go ahead (complete the permit). The point is that today I'm closing it. As long as it's closed, it means it's not allowed to operate," he added.
