JAKARTA - Mukomuko District Prosecutor, Bengkulu has detained two suspects in the alleged corruption of the Pasar Ipuh Village Fund for the 2021 fiscal year. Furthermore, suspect Y underwent an examination today starting from 09.00 WIB to 21.15 WIB and the results of the suspect's health examination were declared healthy by the doctor. with a budget of Rp. 1.1 billion. In addition, based on the results of an expert witness audit from the Mukomuko Inspectorate, the state loss due to this corruption case was Rp. 327 million. Meanwhile, based on witness statements, in 2020, ED, who is still the village head, borrowed village funds from a number of parties. with the reason to finance village development, but until 2020 the loan money has not been returned.

Then in 2021 ED returned village funds that were lent to a number of these parties. The actions of the former village head in addition to misappropriating village funds and allocation of village funds, including doing fictitious work, and not paying the salaries of equipment.
