JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the survey results released by the Indonesian Political Indicators Survey Institute would serve as input as well as motivation to make improvements.

This was conveyed in response to the survey results of the Indonesian Political Indicators Survey Institute which stated that the KPK was in the sixth position of institutions that were trusted by the public.

"This measurement will serve as input as well as motivation for the KPK to continue to make improvements in carrying out its tasks of eradicating corruption," said Acting Spokesperson for the KPK for Enforcement, Ali Fikri in a written statement, Thursday, June 9.

Ali did not say much about the survey results. He only expressed his appreciation for those who still care about the work of eradicating corruption by the KPK.

"KPK hopes that the work to eradicate corruption can have a real impact in supporting the progress of national development and the welfare of the Indonesian people," he said.

"As the KPK's vision is to reduce the level of corruption in Indonesia, which is then translated into implementing three approaches to education and community participation, improving the governance system, and enforcing non-corruption laws," Ali added.
