PDIP Cadres Criticize Each Other, Ganjar Pranowo Affirms Still Respect Megawati: The Presidential Candidate Is Clearly His Business Bu Ketum

SEMARANG - PDI-P cadre Ganjar Pranowo, who is also the Governor of Central Java, emphasized that he still respects the General Chair of the PDI-P Megawati Soekarnoputri, who has the prerogative to determine the presidential candidate to be carried in the upcoming presidential election.

"Yes, still respect it," said Ganjar in Semarang, quoted by Antara, Thursday, June 2.

This answer responds to various criticisms from fellow PDIP cadres, one of which is regarding the assumption that the PDIP chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri no longer respects.

Ganjar emphasized that the party who has the right to determine the presidential candidate from the PDIP in the 2024 presidential election is the PDIP chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"The PDIP presidential candidate is clear, that's the Ketum's business, it's Mrs. Megawati's business, I don't welcome people taking care of rob, I don't welcome people to take care of cooking oil," he said.

Ganjar also considers Trimedya Pandjaitan's criticism as a vitamin and input for self-correction.

"He's my best friend, I think his criticism is part of the way he reminds a friend, becomes our correction for us to fix," he said.
