PDIP Politician Calls Ganjar Kemlinthi, GP Mania: Some Are Envy, Bullied Right And Left Popularity Remains Steady

JAKARTA - Head of GP Mania Immanuel Ebenezer responded to a statement by PDIP politician Trimedya Pandjaitan who called the Governor of Java Ganjar Pranowo kemlinthi alias pretentious or arrogant because he was judged to be 'decisive'. In fact, Ganjar is said to have no respect for the PDIP chairman Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"I don't see Mas Ganjar as a pretentious, intelligent person, or a kinky language. I see Mas Ganjar as a simple, humble person and so on," said Immanuel in Jakarta, Thursday, June 2.

According to Noel, as he is called, there seems to be a kind of jealousy from the PDIP cadres because they have always been keen to insult Ganjar. Even though he continues to be attacked, said Noel, Ganjar's electability remains in the top three of various survey institutions and even Ganjar is increasingly popular.

"There's a kind of jealousy, how come you've been beaten left and right, bullied, why are you still looking good, Mas Ganjar? Yes, because it's not typical of Mas Ganjar who is pretentious, or that kemlinthi diction," said Noel.

Noel considered Trimedya's statement to be very vile because it was not in accordance with what Ganjar had done. Moreover, the mention came from a party colleague who had actually known Ganjar for a long time.

"Kemlinthi, in my opinion, is too vile diction. What else is criticizing his party mates," said Noel.

Previously, Member of the DPR from the PDIP Fraction, Trimedya Pandjaitan, assessed that Ganjar's move to maneuver for presidential election in 2024 had gone too far. He said, in terms of Javanese people can be called kemlinthi or pretentious, songong, arrogant.

"If the Javanese said Kemlinthi, yes, he has come back, he should have been patient first when he carried out his duties as governor of Central Java, he interacted with structural friends there, DPD, DPC, Provincial DPRD, City Regency DPRD, that's new," Trimedya said in his statement, Wednesday, June 1st.

The bull party politician then questioned Ganjar's performance during his tenure as Governor of Central Java. The reason is, according to Trimedya, so far Ganjar has been diligent in surfing on social media.

"What is the reward for being a governor for 8 years apart from playing on social media, what is the performance?," he quipped.

According to Trimedya, compared to Ganjar, the track record of DPR Chair Puan Maharani is clearly visible, starting from the Chair of the PDIP Faction in the DPR, to becoming the Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Culture. Puan, said Trimedya, even managed to coordinate 7 ministries and their performance was good. Even when she was the Chair of the DPR, Puan was judged to be able to lead the best cadres of political parties at the leadership level.

“Please describe Ganjar's track record in the DPR! As governor finish that Wadas! Finish that Rob! How many roads are built. Then poverty in Central Java has actually increased, please help the public to compare apple to apples!,” said Trimedya.

The Deputy Chairperson of the DPR MKD also highlighted Ganjar's steps which were too obvious to display political lust. According to Trimedya, this can be seen from his recent safaris to various regions in Indonesia. To note, Ganjar is active around Indonesia from North Sumatra to South Sulawesi.

"It looks like everyone is playing, where are all the roads from Medan to Makassar, yes, we just laughed at the Papua PON when someone shouted Ganjar, Ganjar. Who Papuans know Ganjar? It looks right by design (it has been regulated, ed) especially for people who understand politics," said the legislator for the North Sumatra II electoral district.

Trimedya added that Ganjar, as one of the older cadres, should understand the character of PDIP and General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri.

"For me as a PDI-P cadre, Ganjar doesn't respect Mrs. (Megawati, ed)," he concluded.
