After this file has been submitted, the public prosecutor has 14 working days to submit the dossier and indictment to the Corruption Court. Later, the trial will be held at the Corruption Court at the Surabaya District Court.

"The transfer of case files and indictments to the Corruption Court will be carried out by the prosecutor's team within 14 working days," said Ali.
