JAKARTA - Commission D of the DKI Jakarta DPRD has highlighted a number of development programs for the Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, which have not been completed by the end of his tenure in October 2022.

"Many things have not been resolved, for example, the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD), the construction of infiltration wells at 1.8 million points, it turns out that there are only tens of thousands," said Chairman of Commission D DPRD DKI Ida Mahcepat in Jakarta, Thursday, May 19, quoted from Between.

In addition to infiltration wells, the commission in charge of development in Jakarta also highlighted the construction of a waste management facility, the Intermediate Treatment Facility (ITF), which is planned at four points, but so far nothing has been realized.

He said Governor Anies had just laid the first stone which was carried out in December 2018 at the Sunter ITF but until now the construction has not started.

The plan is for two DKI BUMDs to be assigned the ITF construction, namely Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro) and Sarana Jaya.

"It turns out that until today, there has been the laying of the first stone but many times the first stone and there is no second stone, hopefully there are still a few months remaining when there is good news from Jakpro and Sarana Jaya," he said.

He also highlighted the unfinished zero down payment (DP) housing program.

The PDI-P politician explained that the DKI Housing Agency has a target of 14,500 zero DP rooms and around 13 thousand rooms have been realized.

However, he continued, most of these were resolved before Anies became the governor of DKI Jakarta.

"Although part of it was built before Anies, but because after Mr. Anies, fortunately he was the one but only a few thousand were left," he said.

On the other hand, he regrets that the distribution of the program is not evenly distributed and is concentrated in East Jakarta and North Jakarta.

Meanwhile, the needs of the community are not only in the north and east, but also in the center, west and south, especially in the south regarding normalization.

"There are many people who need help with new places, in the future the Housing Service will pay attention to the provision of flats in South Jakarta," he said.
