ACEH - Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the North Aceh Police have transferred the case and the two suspects in the shooting of a former Free Aceh Movement (GAM) combatant, M Yusuf alias Burak (46) to the local district attorney general.
Head of the Intelligence Section of the North Aceh District Attorney's Office, Arif Kadarman, said that the transfer of case files along with suspects and evidence after the case was declared complete or P21.
"Currently, the case files along with the two suspects and evidence have been transferred. The two suspects are being detained by the prosecutor's office. Furthermore, the public prosecutor will immediately transfer them to the court," he said in North Aceh, Antara, Wednesday, May 18.
The two suspects are AJ alias Botak (22) who is the perpetrator of the shooting and the suspect FR alias AD (42), the owner of the air gun that AJ used to shoot the victim.

Arif Kadarman added that the shooting case until the victim died was because AJ was hurt and had a personal grudge against the victim.
