JAKARTA - The Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces, General Andika Perkasa, ordered his staff to focus on the cadet band drum carnival which was displayed at the opening of the 42nd Indonesian Taruna Wreda Integrity Exercise (Latsitarda) in Mataram City Square, West Nusa Tenggara.
Andika conveyed that the carnival was held centrally so as not to disturb traffic and maintain order because the activity would attract public attention.

Infantry Colonel Franz Yohannes Purba was appointed as Commander of the 42nd Nusantara Latsitarda in charge of four Satlats, namely Satlat 1/Tiger, Satlat 2/Shark, Satlat 3/Elang and Satlat 4/Deer.
