JAKARTA - A middle-aged woman with the initials BHW (72) was evacuated by the North Jakarta fire department, at her home in the Pademangan area. The Gulkarmat picket officer for the Pademangan sector, Hadi Susilo, said the evacuation took place on Monday, May 9.

Hadi explained that the evacuation was carried out starting from his party who received reports from local residents, there was a middle-aged woman who had not eaten for four days and was lying limp in her room. Hadi said, he lived alone in his residence.

"So we received reports that someone was sick and was on the 2nd floor but lived alone. He (BHW) did not eat for four days. Finally (We) evacuated, Alhamdulillah it went well," Hadi said when confirmed, Monday, May 9.

Hadi admitted that when evacuating the victim, he was on the second floor. Hadi admitted that the officers had experienced difficulties due to the large amount of garbage in the house, making it difficult for officers to carry stretchers.

"We installed stairs for access to lower victims. Access from the road under his house is covered by piles of garbage so that our members who want to evacuate from downstairs cannot," he said.

Now BHW is being taken to Koja Hospital for further treatment.

"After being evacuated, the victim was immediately taken to the Koja Hospital for further treatment," he concluded.
