4. The mechanism prior to the implementation of the one way engineering will be sterilized both on the track and the rest area for 2 hours before the implementation of the one way engineering (9:00 am) after that the one way engineering will start at 11.00 WIB.

5. The mechanism after the one way implementation at 24.00 WIB, normalization will be carried out both on the track and in the rest area for 2 hours after the one way implementation (02.00 WIB) after which the lane will be opened normally.
