DENPASAR - Foreign nationals (foreigners) who were naked on a giant tree in the sacred area of Babakan Temple, Tabanan Regency, Bali, finally surrendered themselves to the police.

The head of Bali's Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM), Jamaruli Manihuruk, said the foreigner was on his way to the Tabanan Police Station to surrender.

"Based on this information, we and our staff are currently at the Tabanan Police Station to coordinate," said Jamaruli, in a written statement, Wednesday, June 4.

Initially, with the information that went viral, his party formed a team and immediately looked for data and information in the field and immediately went to the address where the foreigner lived.

However, the Caucasians are not at their residence and are empty. Later information was obtained, the Caucasians surrendered to the Tabanan Police.

"That is the initial information that can be conveyed. If there are further developments in the process of searching for foreigners, we will immediately inform you again," he said.

The head of the Bali Province Tourism Office (Kadispar), Tjok Bagus Pemayun, asked immigration to deport and ban female Caucasians if they were found naked in a sacred giant tree at Babakan Temple, Tua Village, Marga District, Tabanan Regency, Bali.

"If that's true, I've coordinated with the Tabanan Regency Tourism and Immigration Head Office. If you can be deported, just deported. In fact, you can't even go to Bali again," Pemayun said when contacted, Wednesday, May 4.

However, Dispar is still waiting for an investigation of the veracity of the photo of a naked female Caucasian in the sacred tree of Bali's Babakan Temple.

"Is the photo true, is it edited or what. But regardless of editing or not, it is against Balinese culture because we are with the vision of Nangun Sat Kerthi Loka Bali, we want quality tourism," added Pemayun.

In addition, his party has also coordinated with the Head of the Tabanan Regency Tourism Office, Bali, as well as coordinating with the local police to find out the real incident.

"I have coordinated with the Head of the Tabanan Tourism Office to check and that morning everything has been checked and coordinated with the police and usually when you enter the place there are guards and according to the Head of Tourism Office there is no entry (like that) hopefully it's not as we expected , " he hoped.
