BOGOR - Travelers who will return home via the Gadog intersection are asked to ensure the completeness of the COVID-19 vaccination to the third dose of booster vaccine or booster vaccine.

"The first is the vaccine, the vaccine must be completed first," said General Doctor of the Bogor District Health Office, Dwi Putri Arlina, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, April 27.

Completeness of vaccination is indeed one of the requirements of the trip, and travelers who have not completed the vaccination up to the third dose can get a COVID-19 vaccine injection at the vaccination booth available at the Integrated Service Post for the Puncak Wisata Route at the Gadog intersection.

"For travelers who have not been vaccinated, they can stop by here because we provide one, two, or booster vaccines," said Dwi.

There are also types of vaccines provided, namely those made by Pfizer and AstraZeneca.

For those who want to get the first and second vaccine injections, they need to bring personal documents such as ID cards or family cards. Meanwhile, for the third dose of booster vaccine, travelers need to bring their first and second vaccine cards.

Previously, Bogor Police Traffic Unit Head AKP Dicky Pranata said his party would check the completeness of vaccination for travelers.

"Sure, sure. So now, apart from what we are doing on the road, we have a sub-district task force, those who will later patrol places that are prone to crowds or tourist attractions. In addition to appealing, they will also carry out inspections," said Dicky.

He also appealed to people who have not completed vaccinations to take advantage of the vaccine booth facilities at the Gadog Intersection Service Post

According to doctor Dwi Putri, in addition to the vaccine booth, the Bogor District Health Office also provides a health post that can serve travelers' complaints regarding health conditions during their trip.

“There are blood pressure checks, temperature checks, yes basic checks, then per complaint. If you are dizzy, don't feel well, you can stop by and we will provide free medicine," he said.

The health service post will operate 24 hours from April 28 until the end of the Eid 2022 joint leave period, while the vaccine booth will operate from 8 am to 2 pm.

Dwi also appealed to travelers to continue to ensure that their bodies are in top condition when traveling, and to bring personal medicines tailored to their individual needs, as well as emergency medicines such as paracetamol.
