JAKARTA - The Directorate of Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya conveyed that the traffic flow of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road was monitored smoothly on Tuesday night or D-6 before Lebaran 1443 Hijri which fell on May 2.

"It was reported that at 21:10 WIB tonight from KM4 in the direction of Cikampek, the traffic flow was still quite smooth from observations," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo in a statement quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 26.

Sambodo said that the traffic flow on the Semanggi-Cawang Inner City Toll Road was observed to be congested, however, the traffic flow returned smoothly when entering the Jagorawi Toll Road section.

"Earlier, there was an obstacle from Semanggi to Cawang and it was split leading to Jagorawi," he said.

Previously, PT Jasa Marga as the toll road manager noted that 598,538 vehicles left the Jabotabek area on D-10 to D-7 Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H/2022 which fell in the period Friday-Monday 22-25 April 2022.
