MADIUN - PT Jasa Marga Ngawi Kertosono Kediri (JNK) projects that the number of vehicles crossing the Ngawi-Kertosono Toll Road, East Java, will reach 191,500 vehicles at the peak of the 2022 Eid homecoming flow.

JNK President Director Arie Irianto in Madiun, Monday, said the flow of vehicles from West Java, DKI Jakarta, and Central Java to East Java, is estimated to reach its peak on April 28-29 2022.

"The peak of the homecoming flow along the Ngawi-Kertosono toll road is predicted to occur on April 28 and 29 2022 in line with the start of the joint leave holiday. Meanwhile, the peak of the return flow is estimated to occur on May 8," said Arie Irianto, quoted by Antara, Monday, April 25.

According to him, at the peak of the upcoming return, the number of vehicles along the Ngawi-Kertosono toll road is estimated to reach 240 thousand vehicles.

Preparedness for the momentum of going back and forth for Eid 2022 is also carried out by the East Java Police Highway Patrol (PJR) 6 which oversees the Ngawi-Kertosono Kediri and Ngawi-Solo toll roads.
