JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has finished examining PT Pertamina (Persero). A number of information regarding the alleged ethical violation by KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar for receiving accommodation and tickets for the Mandalika MotoGP has been obtained.

"Today for clarification, today it has been completed," said Member of the Supervisory Board Albertina Ho to reporters at the ACLC KPK Building, Jalan Rasuna Said, South Jakarta, Thursday, April 21.

Albertina Ho did not want to explain in full about today's examination. Including, who has been examined from PT Pertamina because the process of collecting goods and information is still ongoing.

"Earlier from Pertamina, someone has come, it's finished," said Albertina.

"I didn't say the president director, but from Pertamina there was one," he added.

Furthermore, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Council ensured that those suspected of knowing or relating to Lili's receipt of accommodation and MotoGP tickets would be summoned. They are asked to cooperate so that the alleged violation of ethics can be immediately explained.

"Our hope from the Corruption Eradication Committee is that the parties will cooperate. Give the information as it is so that it can be completed more quickly. If the information is not given as it is, it will not be finished later," said Albertina.

It was previously reported that Lili was suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of hotel accommodations and tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from a state-owned company which was later named as a member of the KPK Supervisory Board, Syamsuddin Haris, namely PT Pertamina (Persero).

This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties. In addition, Tumpak Hatorangan et al have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.

This is not the first time this complaint has been made against Lili. On August 30, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) Council stated that Lili was proven to have violated the code of ethics and code of conduct, so she was sentenced to severe sanctions.

He was found guilty of violating the code of ethics and behavioral guidelines in the form of abuse of influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and in dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai M Syahrial.

For her actions, Lili was given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months or Rp. 1,848 million.
