The Good Brother Lends A Motorbike And Cellphone To His Sister, But In Return With A Kitchen Knife, The Older Brother Dies In Blood

JAKARTA - Just because of a trivial matter, a younger brother has the heart to kill his own older brother. The incident occurred in a house located on Jalan Batu Kinyang 1, Batu Ampar Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, Wednesday 20 April.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Kramat Jati Police, Iptu Biher Harianja, said the incident occurred on Wednesday morning at around 03.30 WIB. At that time, the perpetrator with the initials DPN (19) returned to his home located on Jalan Batu Kinyang.

"So the younger brother of the perpetrator borrowed a motorbike and cellphone. The victim (his biological brother) ordered it, don't take too long, uh, he came home at dawn. Yes (a trivial matter)," said Iptu Biher Harianja when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, April 20, morning.

After the DPN perpetrator returned home, the victim with the initials BF (38) was reprimanded for borrowing the victim's motorbike and cellphone. An altercation ensued between the brother and sister until a commotion ensued.

"The perpetrator went to the room to take a knife and directly stabbed it into the bottom of the left rib. The victim fell and died at the scene after bleeding profusely," he explained.

After receiving the report, the police conducted a crime scene (TKP) and arrested the perpetrator. The police also confiscated evidence of a kitchen knife with a plastic handle.

"Two witnesses were questioned, they were the victim's mother and the victim's sister," he said.

As a result of his actions, the DPN perpetrator was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code related to murder.
