Makassar City Government Prepares IDR 60 Billion Budget For ASN THR

MAKASSAR - The Makassar City Government has prepared a budget of up to Rp60 billion to pay the Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri Day Allowance for Civil Service Apparatus (ASN) within the Makassar City Government, South Sulawesi.

"It doesn't look any different from last year, around IDR 50 billion to IDR 60 billion," said Head of the Makassar Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD), Muhammad Dakhlan, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 12.

However, the specifications for the disbursement of THR for ASN, he said, are still waiting for technical instructions (juknis) as well as regulations from Government Regulations (PP) and follow-up to Mayor Regulations relating to THR.

"We'll try maybe one week before Lebaran. There is a budget, one month's salary. The specifications, we will see the technical guidelines, the PP has not been dropped," said Dakhlan.

According to him, the budget is available, but the disbursement cannot be confirmed yet, because it is waiting for regulations and technical guidelines for the implementation of THR disbursement.

In addition to the THR, the Makassar City Government also plans to disburse the Employee Income Supplementary Fund (TPP) for ASN in the near future. Given, have not been paid for the last three months.

The delay in disbursing the TPP, said Dakhlan, was due to changes in regulations related to financial administration.

Dakhlan added that the delay in disbursing the TPP was due to data correction, following changes in regulations regarding financial administration from the Central Government through the Ministry of Home Affairs or the Ministry of Home Affairs.

"It's been a week since we submitted the repair documents to the Center and there is an approval letter from the Ministry of Home Affairs, so it's clear that we will pay the TPP immediately," he said.
