Bali Police Reveal Cases Of Tens Of Kilograms Of Drugs Worth Rp56 Billion

DENPASAR - The Bali Police have uncovered tens of kilograms of narcotics cases with a price range of around IDR 56 billion.

Bali Police Chief Inspector General Putu Jayan Danu Putera said the arrest of various types of narcotics was the largest in the past two years that the Bali Police Directorate of Drug Investigation (Dir Narkoba) had revealed.

"This case is the largest narcotics disclosure ever carried out by the Bali Police in the past two years," said Inspector General Putu at the Bali Police Headquarters, Tuesday, April 12.

"If this evidence is estimated at an estimated value of Rp. 56 billion. If it is used by irresponsible people, it is possible that as many as 350,000 people can use it and at the very least, we can save 350,000 people from this nation," he added.

Three suspects were arrested, namely KS, KW and AA. Evidence that was secured was methamphetamine weighing 35,166.00 nett, cocaine 32.00g nett, marijuana 2,669.40 grams nett, MDMA 7.38 grams net, powder in capsules containing 7.96 grams of MDMA or weighing 151.24 grams nett. .

Red powder which is MDMA 49.14 grams net, orange color powder MDMA 1,280,6 grams net.

Meanwhile, the type of psychotropic vetamen weighing 0.50 grams net, 500 tablets of prohepel HCL 80 grams net, 500 valdimex tablets 70 grams net, 500 tablets xanax afrasolam 55 grams net, and cash amounting to Rp9 million belonging to suspect AA.

"The suspect's modus operandi is to store narcotics in the villa and then distribute the narcotics to foreigners who often visit entertainment venues in the Seminyak, Canggu and Petitenget areas," added the Bali Police Chief.

The suspects store drugs in a villa in the Kerobokan Kelod area, Badung, Bali. They were also arrested by the police.
