SAMARINDA - The Provincial Government of East Kalimantan has formed a team to increase the use of domestic products (P3DN) following up on the central government's policy on the use of domestic products.

"We socialize the tasks of the East Kalimantan P3DN Team, including the structure. The same applies to domestic products, including the targets expected by the central government and the East Kalimantan Provincial Government," said the Secretary for the Province of East Kalimantan, Sri Wahyuni, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 5.

Sri Wahyuni added that the socialization also proposed a work agenda for the East Kalimantan P3DN Team which could later be expanded and consolidated in each field.

"We also said that later on April 12 to 14 2022, the P3DN Team through the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services (BPBJ) of the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat, Disperindagkop and BPKAD will create a P3DN desk, and through the PBJ Bureau the types of spending in each potential OPD have been mapped out. using domestic products," explained Sri Wahyuni.

Sri Wahyuni emphasized that in Presidential Instruction Number 2 of 2022 concerning the Acceleration of Increasing the Use of Domestic Products and Products of Micro, Small Business, and Cooperatives in the context of the Success of the Proud National Movement Made in Indonesia in the Implementation of Government Procurement of Goods/Services, 40 percent of the value of the goods expenditure budget is required. / services to use MSME products, Cooperatives from domestic production.

"If the projection made earlier through the PBJ Bureau is more than 40 percent, it can be achieved," he said.

In addition, said Sri Wahyuni, later the P3DN team will prepare a draft for the Governor's Instruction as the implementation of Presidential Instruction number 2 of 2022, the formula is of course apart from looking at the Inpres pointers, also looking at the conditions in East Kalimantan in the acceleration that must be carried out by the P3DN Team to use of domestic products.

"We will socialize the commitment, what are the criteria for domestic products, so that the understanding is equal for both providers and regional officials. Most importantly, the suppliers come from MSMEs as service providers in their respective regions," said Sri.

In the socialization meeting for the tasks of the East Kalimantan P3DN team, the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretary was accompanied by the Assistant for Economics and Development Administration, Abu Helmi, and was attended by heads of services, heads of agencies, and heads of bureaus within the East Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat, as well as from banking elements.
