Man Goes Raging In Denpasar Cafe, Blindly Stabs And Stabs 3 Visitors

DENPASAR - Yosef Efendi (35) was arrested by the Denpasar Police, Bali, for being angry and slashing and stabbing three cafe visitors.

"The modus operandi is that the perpetrator intentionally carried a knife and when there was a commotion the knife was used to injure the victim", said Head of Public Relations of Denpasar Police, Iptu Ketut Sukadi, Monday, March 28.

This abuse took place at the TT Cafe, Jalan Padanggalak, East Denpasar, last Saturday, March 19.

At first the victim named Listari Budi Utomo came to the cafe. There was a commotion at the location.

Listari was also stabbed in the back by the perpetrator. This incident made other visitors scattered. The perpetrator then stabbed Sony Setiawan and Sukojo in the cafe parking lot.

"After that, the perpetrator and his friends left the location. The victims reported to the East Denpasar Police", added Iptu Sukadi.

The police arrested the perpetrators in Situbondo. The knife used was confiscated as evidence.

"From the results of the initial interrogation, the perpetrator admitted that he had abused the three victims by using a knife that was deliberately brought by the perpetrator as a precaution", he said.
