PALEMBANG - The National Public Housing Company (Perum Perumnas) offers 1,200 units of simple flats owned (Rusunami) in the Jakabaring area, Palembang, South Sumatra.

"This year we have completed three towers (towers) with a capacity of 1,200 units, the construction process has been carried out for quite a long time since 2017 and is now ready for occupancy," said Perum Perumnas Deputy Director Oni Febriarto in Palembang quoted by Antara, Tuesday, March 22.

To market the rusunami, his party seeks to cooperate with the South Sumatra Provincial Government so that it can be utilized optimally.

"The Governor of South Sumatra, Herman Deru, through his related agencies, will help market the rusunami, especially to civil servants/state civil apparatus (ASN) and honorary employees," he said.

He explained that the Jakabaring rusunami will be jointly marketed between Perum Perumnas and the South Sumatra Provincial Government.

The marketing mechanism for the thousands of flats is still under further discussion, starting from the price, how to order it, and so on.

"The price per unit of flats is still being calculated by the team, how to buy them can be done in installments through banks. We are still preparing a joint work program with the South Sumatra Provincial Government," he said.

Meanwhile, the Governor of South Sumatra, Herman Deru, said that his party through the relevant agencies would help market the flats.
