JAKARTA - These are the shoes that are not used. PPSU officers from Duri Pulo Village, Central Jakarta use unused shoes as planting media. These shoes are planted with various kinds of ornamental plants which are placed in one corner of the village office. The idea of planting with shoes originated from the many donation shoes of different sizes. Because unfortunately thrown away, finally the shoes are used for planting media. According to Angga Rahmana, one of the PPSU officers planting plants with shoes is not difficult. Apart from growing ornamental plants, he also grows various kinds of vegetables.
