The Mayor of Mojokerto Ika Puspitasari said that the decline in the PPKM level had an impact on the re-enactment of limited face-to-face learning activities (PTM).

“We are following what is in the Immendagri. The rules are Level 2 can do 50 percent PTM. Yes, it means that we will immediately implement it with prokes discipline, of course," said Ika Puspitasari as reported by Antara, Tuesday, March 8.

Meanwhile, Head of the Mojokerto City Education and Culture Office, Amin Wachid, said that the plan was to start the activity on Thursday, March 10.

"We have sent a letter to the mayor, as the head of the task force team, with a copy to the Head of Police, Dandim, Kejari, and Head of Satpol PP. We ask that the PTM be limited to 50 percent starting on Thursday," he said.

The implementation on Thursday was intended to ensure the readiness of each school. Given that for some time ago, PTM activities had stopped.

The limited PTM will be applied at all levels, starting from kindergarten, elementary, junior high, both public and private.

“For Kindergarten, there is a maximum of one session of 5 students, which is carried out in stages. While for SD and SMP, 6 hours of lessons. Every one hour lesson only takes 35 minutes,” said Amin.
