JAKARTA - The arrest of a bajaj driver with the initials D (53) who is suspected of sexually abusing a minor has angered the residents of Duren Sawit.

Residents flocked to D to vent their frustration. Luckily, the alleged perpetrator was secured in a house in the Pondok Bambu area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

Residents were furious after hearing the bad news. Moreover, D did it more than once, even making the victim 5 months pregnant.

"After checking with the health center, it turned out that she was 5 months pregnant," said N, the victim's parent, to officers, Tuesday, March 8, evening.

But fortunately, the police officers who arrived at the location managed to secure the perpetrators from the mob.

It was previously reported that a 12-year-old girl was the victim of sexual abuse by a bajaj driver in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

When questioned by officers, the suspect admitted that his actions had been carried out 10 times.

"It has been more than 10 times to the victim," said perpetrator D to police officers when he was arrested, Tuesday, March 8.

The perpetrator has almost become a target for angry residents for his actions. Luckily, the action was prevented by the police who arrived at the scene.
