Bareskrim Performs Forensic Test On Indra Kenz's Deleted Video

JAKARTA - The Directorate of Special Economic Crimes of the National Police Bareskrim will conduct forensic tests on videos on Indra Kenz's YouTube account. Forensic tests were carried out to explore the elements of online gambling and the spread of hoaxes in the video.

"Investigators will carry out laboratory tests on the videos that were made that belonged to the suspect, brother IK," said Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Friday, February 25.

In addition, this forensic test is also carried out because several videos related to Binomo have been deleted. So, investigators will return and explore the video.

"Yes, of course, that's why we are testing the lab and using the tools owned by the Criminal Investigation Department, of course it will continue to be experienced," said Ramadhan.

In handling the case, Bareksrim has named Indra Kenz as a suspect. The determination is based on the results of the case.

In addition, in the Binomo case, investigators have also confiscated several pieces of evidence, one of which is Indra Kenz's YouTube account.

Indra Kenz was also charged with Article 45 Paragraph 2 Juncto Article 27 Paragraph 2 of the ITE Law. Then Article 45 Paragraph 1 Juncto Article 28 Paragraph 1 UU ITE.

Then Article 3 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering, Article 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering. Furthermore, Article 10 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering and Article 378 of the Criminal Code Juncto Article 55 of the Criminal Code.

Thus, Indra Kenz in the Binomo case was threatened with a sentence of 20 years.
