JAKARTA - The Directorate of Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya is investigating the alleged involvement of other parties in the case of beating the General Chair of the Indonesian Youth National Committee (KNPI), Haris Pertama. However, three suspects have been arrested in this case.
"We are exploring the relationship between other parties," said Director of the General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, to reporters, Thursday, February 24.

Three of them were arrested with the initials MS, JT, and SS. They were arrested at their respective homes in the Tanjung Priok and Bekasi areas.
In this case, two suspects namely, MS and JT are charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code. Meanwhile, SS was charged with Article 55 of the Criminal Code regarding participating in assisting crimes.
Haris Pertama, became a victim of beatings. The perpetrators are said to be three unidentified people, on Monday, February 21.
According to reports, the beating began when Haris was about to eat at the Garuda restaurant, Cikini, Central Jakarta. However, suddenly three unknown people appeared who immediately molested him. As a result of the beating, Haris suffered a wound on his forehead.
